The subject of the contract is the delivery for lease, as part of three separate tasks, of a total of three units, four-axle, two-cabin, electric multi-system locomotives, according to the requirements specified in this Specification. The locomotives should be approved for operation at least in Polish and Germany.
The tender includes 3 separate tasks, each of which involves the lease of 1 locomotive for a specific period. The expected duration of the lease agreement is available in two options: for 3 years and for 4 years.
Full maintenance of each locomotive in the period from its receipt by the Lessee to the return of the locomotive is entrusted to the Lessor on the basis of the provisions of the locomotive lease agreement regulating the provision of maintenance services,
taking into account the requirements of the Tender Subject Specification.
The dates and detailed conditions of participation in the tender are presented in the Specification of the subject of the tender.
The tender is not co-financed by the European Union.
ANNOUNCEMENT of 27.08.2025
Due to the publication of a significant amount of information that affects the prepared bids today, we are postponing the deadline for submitting bids from “by 03.09.2025 at the latest” to “by 10.09.2025 at the latest”.
As a result, the deadline for binding bids from “until 03.10.2025” to “until 10.10.2025” is also postponed
